C | 业内人士认为，在机器人尚未大规模进入家庭之前，养老机构是主战场。那养老机构如何选择包括机器人在内的智能养老设备？ 泰康之家副总裁徐晓欢在行业论坛上分享了实践经验。作为运营着全国数十个养老社区的头部机构，泰康之家在选择智慧养老产品时，既关注技术本身，更关注技术与服务场景的匹配度。科技和服务之间需要互相启发、联动，才能真正契合老人包括服务当中的痛点。 易普森智慧健康科技董事长李小军则从供应商角度指出，定位报警卡这类硬件技术并不复杂，但之所以成为养老机构普及率最高的安防设备，是因为它“一键呼叫加精准定位，能够大幅度缩短救援时间，降低运营安全风险”。这揭示了一个智能养老行业的逻辑，养老机构选择机器人，不追求技术最前沿，而追求“最管用”。
D | 尽管障碍重重，养老机器人产业正在加速奔跑。在“2026上海长寿时代银发产业高质量发展会议”上，行业领军企业认为，未来3~5年养老机器人行业最大的变量是人工智能。
